Return & Exchanges

At Dresquy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Final sale items, underwear, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our customer service at xinbangliuyu@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • We will provide you with return instructions and address details.

  • Please do not send items back without prior approval.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
